Love Under the Canopy: Ohaupo TreeChurch Celebration

Alongside my second shooter Cassey, we delved into the magic of their day, which unfolded with a ceremony at the enchanting TreeChurch in Ohaupo. This living sanctuary stands as a testament to nature's grace — A living, breathing structure that radiates the quiet contemplation of a church and the vibrancy of celebration.

The ceremony unfolded in this serene space, where guests found refuge under expansive shade sails, as the lush gardens provided a picturesque backdrop for mingling. The air buzzed with the energy of love, especially on this hot and humid day, as we roamed the oasis of blooms, ponds, and majestic trees for bridal party and couple's photos.

The celebration continued at Ngahinapouri Golf Club, where casual mingling blended seamlessly with a buffet roast dinner. Emotions ran high during the evening, courtesy of heartfelt speeches that resonated with everyone present. It was more than a celebration; it was a symphony of love, of family support and remembrance, grounding us in a sense of belonging that transcends time and trials. A day etched in memory for its warmth, laughter, vulnerability and the undeniable magic that unfolded as a result.
