A Kauri Bay Boomrock wedding that really had it all

We started the day capturing candid photos of the groom and his boys shooting clay targets, before getting ready at The Painted Barn. We then joined the bride and her tribe (one of them, Angela, a previous bride of ours) at the Moata Clevedon Country Home, a beautiful homestead surrounded by lovely gardens - the ideal spot for some amazing detail shots and dress reveals to her dad and bridesmaids, with some great reactions!

The venue was beautifully set up with amazing signage, a round arch, colourful florals, stylish table settings, a champagne glass tower and a stunning cake.

After the ceremony guests enjoyed some mingling with gorgeous views over the harbour inlet and games (including a golf driving range), while we set off to the nearby Waitawa Regional Park for bridal party and couple's photos on the little beach and a hill overlooking the Tamaki Strait and nearby islands. They pulled out all the stops for fun photos, with a champagne bottle spray and confetti cannons.

The evening continued with some great speeches and a well choreographed, perfectly executed first dance. It was a real pleasure to be part of it all!
